At NIMBUS, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.

This policy is in place due to the consumable and personal-use nature of our products, which prevents us from safely restocking or reselling returned items.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request assistance, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the issue (product and packaging)

If approved, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, NIMBUS is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Because of this:

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed
  • Requests must be submitted immediately after purchase

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order suspension
  • Account restrictions
  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider, including this policy and order confirmation
